Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards through the Paypal Website.   If you do not have a Paypal Account sign up now- it's so easy and it ensures that your online transactions are completely safe-  visit

We also accept Personal Cheques and Postal Orders.  When you are ready to order, please use the contact form to list what you would like, and you can then send payment by either cheque or uncrossed postal order to the address below.  If paying by personal cheque, then your order will not be despatched until your cheque clears.  This can take up to six working days.  All cheques and postal order should be made payable to S. McGrath, and NOT Rustic Blue Crafts...! 

International customers- at this time we can only accept payment via Paypal.

Postage and Packing

We post Worldwide!!!

Postage and Packing will be set at £1.00 per order in the UK, no matter how many items you order.  This includes the actual cost of postage and the packing materials, as well as a small handling charge for processing your order.  In most cases, postage costs are more than we charge...!

Items will be well packaged as appropriate and will always be posted Royal Mail First Class Post.  We always obtain a proof of posting receipt.  However, as many of you know there can sometimes be difficulties with the Royal mail.  We are not responsible for items once they have been posted, but please rest assured that we will do our best to help you if you experience any difficulties- just let us know! 

International customers, please note that you will require to contact us before placing your order so that we can advise you how much postage will be.  We will then send out an additional invoice via Paypal for the extra costs. 



Delivery Times

We aim to post our items out within 3-4 business days of receiving your order.  However, if we are busy, then it can take up to seven days to get your order processed, especially if you have ordered ready-made Bears.  Therefore, please allow at least 10 days before before contacting us to find out the status of your order.

If you need an item in a hurry, please feel free to get in touch and we will do our best to get it to you as soon as we can!!!

 

Returns

We are sure that you will be happy with our products, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us in the first instance with your concerns and we will either send you a replacement or refund your payment.  However, goods must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days for a full refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return postage of their items, unless faulty.  If items are faulty and a replacement requires to be sent out, this will be free of charge.

 

Privacy Statement

 

We will never use your contact details either from your order or from our mailing list for any purpose other than to contact you either about your order, or to advise you of any new information about the website via email.  If you do not wish to receive information from us about Mulberry Bear, then please use the "contact us" link to advise us of this.
